Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Los Lunas, NM is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, returns and exchanges, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services when allowed by law. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer and process cash/credit transactions.
• Answer store phone calls and look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and daily operational tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
