The position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and efficiency in processing orders, returns, invoicing, and daily closing tasks to maintain a premier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus (repair basics).
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Answer telephones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipments.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise including core charges and warranties are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedules and clock in/out according to policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money and deposits, and lock the store.
