Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Millen, GA seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations, including shift management in the absence of store management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; required certifications include RSS, ASE as desirable. Responsibilities include supervising customer service, processing transfers and returns, invoicing, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Spanish is highly desired).
• Customer service excellence and retail operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Manage telephone answering per company policy and processing of buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, invoicing, and stock/merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security and cash handling per policy.
