Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role often assumes shift management when managers are absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the store team to deliver outstanding service, processing transfers and orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge.
• ASE Certification (preferred).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Coordinate transfers, order processing, and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure invoicing of all merchandise before leaving the store and manage daily operations tasks.
