Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and oversee sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of-store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position requires strong communication skills and RSS certification. Retail auto parts experience and ASE certification are desirable, with growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers promptly and notify customers of shipments.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the external ledger.
• Ensure returns are processed and refunds issued accurately, and items are staged properly.
• Invoicing of merchandise, core charges, and warranties before product leaves the store.
