O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers with sales, service, and store operations in Barton, VT. The role includes shift coverage and leadership of frontline team members in delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are encouraged. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and oversee team execution of service programs.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the external ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately; stage merchandise as needed.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
