Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone duties are answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders with timely customer contact on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Delegate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to the posted schedule and clock in/out properly.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
