Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rockwell, NC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and team with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; strong communication skills and RSS Certification are required. Automotive knowledge and ASE certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of programs.
• Ensure telephone expectancy per policy and process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Handle special orders and returns efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate tasks like Zipline messages and merchandising.
