Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, and bilingual applicants are encouraged.

The position focuses on leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and coordinating inventory, transfers, and special orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.
• Automotive systems knowledge is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties including deposits and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
