O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Sparks, NV to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift leadership in the absence of management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include leading customer service, supervising showroom service levels, and ensuring accurate processing of orders and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and inquiries are handled promptly.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage outside purchases and returns efficiently and accurately, using the appropriate payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced, including core charges and warranties, before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
• Maintain adherence to posted work schedules, manage deviations with management, and ensure proper clock in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, deposits, security checks, and vehicle safety.
