O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and leadership team in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in absence of supervisors and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising showroom service, processing transfers and orders, handling returns, and maintaining accurate invoicing.

Competenze

• Required: Strong communication skills
• Required: Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Desired: Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• Desired: ASE Certification
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using electronic ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure returns are staged correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including banking and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
