O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management when managers are unavailable.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent service, managing showroom customer service, handling transfers, special orders, returns, and daily store procedures. Bilingual skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs.
• Manage store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• Coordinate transfers, special orders, and returns per policy.
