O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may involve shift management when managers are unavailable, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification is desired.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure compliance with service programs.
• Answer telephone calls per policy and manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and ensure proper invoicing and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules and perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
