O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is desired.
• Automotive systems knowledge is desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom; ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper processing of merchandise.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money security, deposits, and store security.
