O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes customer-first service and efficient operations across in-store processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution by the team.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and calls are handled professionally.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure returns are processed promptly with correct refunds and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Maintain adherence to posted schedules and complete day-end procedures including money handling and security checks.
