• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
