Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations in Ballinger, TX. The role will assume shift management in absence of management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading store team members in customer service excellence, overseeing showroom service levels, processing online orders and store transfers, and handling returns and exchanges

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team executes programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buys online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
