Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process and stage returns, issue refunds correctly, and ensure proper merchandise handling.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Coordinate communication of Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out according to policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money and deposits, and manage security and delivery vehicle checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
