Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Lead store teams, supervise service levels, manage returns and invoicing, and ensure all procedures from transfers to security are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and oversee related programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and transfers/orders are processed timely.
• Manage returns, refunds, and invoicing with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandising tasks and Zipline messages are communicated and executed.
• Adhere to the posted schedule and perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Assist with security procedures, deposits, and vehicle checks as needed.
