O’Reilly Auto Parts in Missouri, Eureka, is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and supervision of the showroom to meet service standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, RSS certification, and may bring automotive knowledge and multilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise telephone and customer service programs and processes.
• Ensure all purchases, transfers and orders are processed timely and tracked.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and stock is managed per policy.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Assist with shift management in the absence of store leadership.
