Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Store 5421 in Seekonk, MA is hiring a Store Associate to assist customers, manage sales, and maintain product displays. You’ll help customers select products, answer questions, and ensure a high level of store presentation.

The role involves stocking shelves, processing transactions, and meeting sales goals while delivering great customer service. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
