The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #5421 in Seekonk, MA. You will assist customers, provide product recommendations, and process sales while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and supporting deliveries. The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid license, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least "meets expectations".

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and offer appropriate products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain store displays and inventory; stock shelves.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and assist in deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
