Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams performance rating requirements may apply.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses may be required for internal applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to achieve store goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Keep up-to-date on product features and store standards.
• Maintain inventory and set up displays; load/unload deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.
