Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is looking for an Energy Sales Specialist in Alamo, Texas. In this role, you will promote Reliant Energy's electric plans to customers in a vibrant retail setting. Successful candidates will build relationships, drive new enrollments, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers

• Identify customer needs and handle objections

• Accurately document and report sales
• Keep workstations/kiosks clean, well‑organized, and presentable
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
• Track and communicate all sales activity to Retail Operations

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• Strong experience in retail/event sales or event marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and teardown of events
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Excellent presentation and customer service abilities
