Light is pioneering a deregulated energy platform in the United States. We seek a Retail/Customer Operations team member to support customers, resolve issues, and optimize internal processes for efficiency in ERCOT, PJM, and other markets.

The role requires strong analytics, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in retail energy customer service or operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or energy market software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high service levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve enrollments, billing, payments, and energy usage issues.
• Support retail energy operations including account management and market transactions.
• Analyze customer interactions and processes to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to streamline workflows.
• Stay informed about deregulated energy market rules and best practices.
