Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
• At least 6 months in sales, retail, telecom or marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reliant energy plans to consumers in retail/store settings.
• Engage customers to identify energy needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates to hit shared goals.
• Direct customers to displays, demonstrate products, and document sales accurately.
• Collaborate with team to achieve monthly quotas and celebrate successes.
