Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for its Forest Lake, MN store. This full-time hourly role focuses on helping both wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

You will stay current with product features, maintain store displays, and assist in deliveries as needed. Spanish-English bilingual abilities are preferred, and the role supports achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
