Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, determine needs, and provide product recommendations. The role emphasizes accuracy in sales transactions, product knowledge, and maintaining a presentable store environment.

The position is full-time, located at Forest Lake, MN, with a starting wage of $19.85 per hour and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, FSAs, disability, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
