Woodforest National Bank in Kemah, TX is seeking a Branch Banker to deliver the Woodforest Experience. You will build and grow retail customer relationships through proactive service, product education, and accurate transaction processing.

As a frontline ambassador, you will identify customer needs, explain banking solutions clearly, and support community engagement while meeting sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized customer experience every day.
• Engage with customers to understand financial needs and explain products, services, and digital solutions clearly.
• Build relationships with customers, retail partners, and community members as a trusted neighborhood bank.
