Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. You will grow retail customer relationships through excellent service, proactive product marketing, and precise operational execution in a busy Texas branch.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, making appropriate banking recommendations, handling teller duties, and driving local community engagement while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer service
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Able to work flexible or extended retail branch hours
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized customer interactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions
• Assist with teller transactions, deposits, and account openings
• Represent Woodforest in the community and drive branch traffic
• Maintain compliance and operational accuracy in a fast-paced environment
