Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Texas – Tomball is seeking a Branch Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by providing exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products. You will build retail customer relationships, handle teller and account opening duties, and ensure compliance while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.
