Mutual Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Sacramento, CA to connect residents with housing stability resources, benefits, and community programs. This role requires bilingual abilities and a focus on empowering low-income communities through supportive services.

You will work 40+ hours weekly, Monday to Friday, at Lemon Hill/Sky Park locations, with compensation of $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include crisis support, referrals, and coordination with Property Management,

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in social services; property-based experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Vietnamese or Mandarin is required.
• Knowledge of diverse, low-income communities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs provided.

Aufgaben

• Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals.
• Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management.
• Build relationships with residents and host community-building activities.
• Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans.
