Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator for Rose Hill to enhance resident life in LA. The role focuses on implementing programs across four pillars, coordinating after-school activities, and building partnerships with local providers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social services or community outreach, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office. The position is part-time at Rose Hill with some on-site duties and community engagement events.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school and teen program with homework assistance and enrichment activities.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions, delivering core topics when partners are unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
