Job summary

Wesley Housing’s Resident Services Office in Arlington, VA seeks a Coordinator to connect residents with housing stability resources and supportive services. The role emphasizes intake, referrals, and event design to strengthen communities.

The position requires a bachelor-level degree and relevant experience in community programs, with strong organizational and communication skills. Onsite with regional travel, core weekdays, and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth in community-based settings; internships and summer work count.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate and monitor management and delivery of social services programs at Wesley Housing properties.
• Lead, coordinate, and/or facilitate activities that address social and recreational needs with resident participation.
• Evaluate and assist residents to access community resources aligned with their needs; track outcomes.
