IntelliSource is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Representative to join our solar industry partner’s team in Denver. You will interact with customers, sales, marketing, and development teams to handle questions about billing, updates, transfers, and agreements while performing some administrative tasks.

The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, strong communication, organizational, and data-entry skills, with a Monday–Friday remote schedule and in-person

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and outbound inquiries to resolve customer questions.
• Maintain friendly, professional phone etiquette.
• Respond to inquiries and assist customers and internal teams.
• Update information and manage administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide solutions and document interactions in the system.
