Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Representative to support our solar industry partner in Denver. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, billing questions, data updates, and general inquiries, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Training will be in-person with remote work options after onboarding. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and development teams to deliver friendly, accurate service and build strong customer

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage heavy phone activity and inquiries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain friendly and professional phone etiquette.
• Develop approaches to administrative customer service tasks.
• Provide solutions and accurate information to customers and internal staff.
• Contribute to data entry accuracy and record-keeping.
