Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Bilingual Remote CSR to support enrollment services and managed care education. The role requires strong customer service instincts, the ability to learn new tools quickly, and clear communication while handling a steady call volume.

Pay is $18/hour with shifts Monday–Friday 8am–8pm EST and Saturday 10am–6pm EST. This Temp-to-Perm opportunity includes a training program and a supportive team environment in a call center operations setting.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate them from the start.
• Ability to learn a new program quickly during training and apply that knowledge accurately.
• Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency and comfort using computer systems.
• Reliability and readiness to be available at the start of business (phones turn on at 8:30am–6:00pm Monday–Friday and 10:00am on Saturday).
• Prior customer service experience; two years of human services experience or experience dealing with the public is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enrollment services calls, answer questions, mail information when requested, and refer callers when problems or concerns arise.
• Educate clients on managed care and help clients understand available health plan options.
• Assess client’s health care needs and assist with choosing a health plan.
• Assist clients in enrolling and disenrolling in health plans.
• Receive, sort, and review enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness; raise issues to the Central Operations Supervisor.
• Perform managed care education and enrollment services when call volume warrants.
• Some Saturday work is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Management.
