Job summary

Bravia Services LLC is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a 6-month contract. This remote role serves the Eastern Time Zone and requires fluency in Haitian Creole, Arabic, Hindi, and Russian.

You will handle enrolment calls, educate clients on managed care, and assist in selecting health plans. Candidates should have strong customer service experience, be fast typers, and learn new programs quickly during training.

Qualifications

• Two years of human services experience or dealing with the public.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Training period is critical to develop program knowledge.
• Must be able to type and use a computer by second nature.

Responsibilities

• Responds to enrolment services calls, provides responses to questions, mails information in response to request, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns.
• Educates clients on managed care.
• Assesses client’s health care needs and assists clients in choosing a health plan.
• Maintains updated knowledge of the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project.
• Receives and sorts enrolment/disenrollment forms.
• Reviews enrolment forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Raises issues of concern to the Central Operations Supervisor.
• Performs managed care education and enrolment services when call volume warrants.
• Some Saturday work is required.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Management.
