Job summary

VA Health Plus is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to support patients and healthcare providers in a remote setting. This full-time role requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities include gathering patient information, documenting in the EHR, recording home-monitored vital signs, and reviewing medications and medical history with patients. Experience with EHR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical or remote environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with patients by phone and documenting information accurately.
• Experience with EHR systems is preferred.
