Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial goals and connect to solutions.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs in the branch.
• Manage branch traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
