Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide guidance on banking products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial goals.
