Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized financial guidance.

You will assess customer needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and process routine transactions, while partnering with the branch team to deliver exceptional service. The role requires effective communication in English and Spanish, familiarity with digital banking tools, and the ability to open accounts and support loan applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish and English
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs and banking channel preferences.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
