Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking under 2M in revenue.
• Lead referrals and ecosystem partnerships to grow business banking relationships.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Develop COI ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch and coordinate with partners.
• Educate clients on banking options and leverage technology to enhance transactions.
