Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on PNC solutions and digital tools to manage finances.
• Mitigate issues by applying product knowledge and following policies to protect the customer and bank.
• Participate in branch daily operations and maintain risk controls.
