Job summary

You will drive proactive sales, guide customers to PNC solutions, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet while maintaining strong risk management and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required with 3+ years experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by positioning PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures while supporting daily branch operations.
