Qualifications

• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to be registered within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and refer qualified customers to specialized sales forces.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with centralized underwriting support.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving issues per policy.
• Open and process deposits and assist customers with day-to-day banking needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, including digital channels and competitor offerings.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
