Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals with a consultative approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and support loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues per procedures.
• Open and manage simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital options.
• Support promotions and adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Engage in compliance with BSA/AML requirements.
