• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through consultative selling.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints per policy.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with questions and use of self-service banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital services to meet customer needs.
• Support branch promotions and adhere to policies and regulations.
• Travel occasionally within the US as needed.
