Job summary

The role offers advancement and a structured level progression. The position requires flexibility Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:45 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to register within 30 days.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify customer financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Refer qualified customers to specialized sales teams.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and deepen relationships.
• Assist with opening deposits and loan applications and closings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain compliance with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital services and assist customers.
