Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and referrals.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers and resolve issues.
• Open and process deposits and help with day-to-day banking needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and assist with digital banking usage.
